Similar to the Centre designed for Māʻili, an urban prototype was developed to showcase the benefits of the Hawker Centre model to a dense population. Located at the crossroads of Waikiki, Moʻiliʻili, and greater Ala Moana neighborhoods of Honolulu, the larger centre incorporates a permanent farmer's market, cooked food stalls, and a number of sundries for locals and tourists alike.

Built within the exclusive economic zone near Shanghai, China, a shopping centre in Kunshan is scheduled to be added to the evolving riverwalk development in a community that is increasingly drawing new investors and businessmen. Convenient for local communities and future developments, the center creates intimate and public spaces for gathering and enjoying social company for all ages.

Built to house a magnet school for various arts, Urban Theatre turns a black field auto shop into a thriving artist community. The 12-story tower contains classrooms, dormitories, galleries and admin related programming. The formation of a central courtyard space merges the performing arts and the surrounding urban fabric to engage not just the audience present, but passers-by and the public at large.

Proposed as an alternate to the total re-build of one of China's ancient capital's and birthplace of tofu, Shouxian reimagines the ideal tourist city as a means to preserve the existing people and culture, as well as develop a careful plan for how to remove the shoddy architecture of recent decades and develop a clearer, more efficient mainstreet construction.

Expanding the pedestrian's habitable space along the sidewalk, the parklet was built to create a customizable entertainment space for the Kakaʻako Night Market event hosted by Kamehameha Schools.

The annual Art Verona modern art festival in Milan, Italy is in a new, permanent location. Linking the ticket booth entry to the entry of the gallery space, Il Nesso creates a portal to another world that actively grows and changes as the event progresses.

Engaging the ancient Roman wall surrounding the London Financial District, Ludgate reimagines an old portal that once connected the medieval city to a prominent tributary to the Thames. In a hypothetical site that was destroyed in a fire, a pumping station and park replaces the once dense street front, reinforcing the city's ability to fight future fires.

Inspired by Peter Eisenman's theory of 'El Forms', Kahaluu House juts over the water from the tip of the mountain like a subterranean geometric structure that has been uncovered by the forces of nature.

The follow study removes the previous design for a house in Kahaluu Hawaiʻi and places it on a lakeside site in Grand Marais, Wisconsin. The building then had to undergo modifications to adapt to respond to the severely cold winters and relative seclusion.

The studio renovated a warehouse that was previously an automotive upholstery shop. The design sought to merge innovative design strategies with architecture with artists in a temporary space that was slated for demolition in the following year.

Hawaiʻi's new Accessory Dwelling Unit law allows for greater applicability throughout Honolulu's property owners. The design of a unit in Manoa Valley under 400SF utilizes the natural ventilation and protects the home from the frequent showers that make the valley a lush icon of Oahu's geography.
